Zirconia has high strength and toughness and is ideal for applications where there is high impact. The material has exceptional wear resistance and abrasive materials have minimal effect on its surface. It has a low coefficient of friction, is resistant to chemical attack from most acidic or caustic solutions and mixes.

Application:

Our ceramic nozzles can be made by alumina/zirconia/silicon nitride based on different applications.
Compared with stainless steel,ceramic nozzles have excellent abrasion and chemicals resistance.
So the service life is much longer than steel and plastics.
